Reflective Essay: A Career As A Human Services Worker

As a human services worker, we had to have the dedication and the passion to worker and deal with people problem in other words, we had to born with the skills and thought education, and experience we develop own way of working with people.
In my case I remember that during my teenager year, I used give advices and support to my classmates and friend when they used to get in trouble. I was a different teenager I never got in trouble and I always think before do something my friend use came to me for support with this history. I agree with this article human services worker has a long history of engaging in advocacy effort on behalf of individual, families, group, and community (Brawley, 1999).
