Reflective Assignment: Coaching Relationship

The context of this reflective assignment is within the workplace with a colleague. We are both serving members of the Defence Forces and sessions were conducted mainly in the workplace, with one session conducted externally as it was logistically suitable for both parties involved. While the coaching was within the organisation no tri- or multi-party contract was necessary. A bilateral contract was negotiated as the coaching was on a voluntary basis and the goal/outcomes were identified by the coachee.
Rationale for chosen reflection
I have chosen to reflect on the following example as the importance of the coaching contract was highlighted from the initial session. Explicitly identifying our respective roles and responsibility was vital
