Reflective Account On Active Duty

Decent Essays
During my active duty service, I acted primarily as a supervisor and subject matter expert for a variety of high value, classified, and emergency systems, often fulfilling the role of noteably more senior employees. During that time, I established training methodology and daily procedures while aiding the formation of an entirely new division, created and revised operating procedures and instructional documentation in as many as three work centers, oversaw, trained, and qualified up to seven other technicians on a daily basis, and personally spearheaded the identification of and resolution of major service outages to over 400 customers.
