As a Registered Roof Consultant with RAW Solutions, I work and communicate with an extensive customer base that consists of building managers, architects, insurance companies and product manufacturers. My role includes: writing specifications, conducting walk-throughs and pre-bid meetings, managing AIA contract documents and providing installation inspections. In addition, I investigate roof failures, perform on-site testing, help customers prioritize facility budgets, and write reports relaying my findings and recommend courses of action.
I am also a supervisor in the contracting division where I am involved in project management. In this capacity, I estimate project costs, schedule and manage our workforce, and provide logistical solutions
