It was the second week of school junior year, in my third-period physics class. The bell rang shrilly, signaling the commencement of my own living hell. The clock's ticking was loud in my ears and mixed with my rapid heartbeat.…

In this theory they believe our interactions with the environment help play a role in shaping our actions. This is where behaviorists believe that anyone can potentially learn by observing others, regardless of personality traits, genetic backgrounds and internal thoughts the only thing required is the right conditioning. In order for a new behavior to be modeled the following conditions are necessary, attention, retention, reproduction, and motivation. Within this theory they believe that the behavior is learned and is a reaction to the external factors.…

My definition of an obstacle or challenge is something that tries to stop you from your goal or something hard to overcome. My definition of success is when you get to a point in your life where you are happy and have a sustainable job. It is very important to overcome challenges and obstacles because if you do not overcome them you won't be able to reach your goal. If you don't reach your goal because of a challenge or obstacle you can always try again because very few people get everything right the first time, but if you just let your obstacle stop you forever you’re going to end up unhappy , unless you find something else that makes you happy. After a need is satisfied it loses its power to motivate and we move to the next one. Maslow list’s five need groups: Physiological, which is hunger and thirst, Safety, which is security and protection, Social, which is belonging, acceptance, and social life, Esteem which is self-respect, achievement, status, and recognition, and Self-actualization such as growth, accomplishment, and personal development. His theory to some is often described as a pyramid with it containing five different levels. At the bottom or the first level is the one that contains basic things that you need for survival such as food, sleep, and water. The second level is the one that contains the security needs for shelter and safety. The third level is were social needs happen, such as belonging and affection.…
