First of all, I’m truly very very grateful to Prof A,
O captain...! My Captain...!
I have actually learned many things which I always wanted to know. I always dreamt of position where my responsibility is to represent something and present something to the people who are listening to me. After taking this course I have realized that my dream and my purpose is to lead and organize. Every class made me learn something new about leadership and its real meaning.
When I began to write the journals in September I thought God.! I’m dead, but no that was simply false, every journal which is written by me is all true and each question in the journal has taken me to the situation where I was already been initially and where I want to be in the future. It made me think, my thought process on every situation has improved and these journals truly gave me the chance to grow during the period of the semester.
SWOT analysis aided me in identifying my strengths and weaknesses, I’m working on them and I see the improvements. Derailers arch types was my favorite Journal question. I really struggled with my closed and composed nature now I’m not anymore. I talk, I interact and I’m getting to know the people around me these days. Before registering for this course I heard the book name hundreds of time and I always wanted to read it at least once in my life, but surprisingly you have suggested the same book to read and I really liked everything about the book.
