This is true because of my background of working in different daycare settings, my shadowing experience in my undergraduate degree, and other experiences in my personal life, that contribute to me having an understanding that everyone is different and go through things that I may not have experiences or fully understand. This is a major impactor for my personal biases, I am able to put them to the side when it comes to others, especially when it is in a professional setting.
