Personal Project Analysis

• Introduction
As a year 10 students, I was asked to do a Personal Project which consisted of choosing a subject, preferably that we had a certain interest in, to assure that all would be satisfied of the work accomplished during the month of the personal project. As the project is something that you have to like and have an interest in, the choice was very difficult to make because it would be something that you would work a lot on. During the vacation before school started again, I had several thoughts as to what I could do for my project. My first idea was to build a maket of a house that would assemble all types of different architecture in the construction. I though it would be interesting to build a house that would mix different cultures

I think I did a good job for a first product. It could have been different, and I also could have done small changes but overall it was good.
Because I didn’t finish every detail on the due date, I finished everything by adding two pressure buttons on the edge of the bag, in order to make the bag smaller on the side but accessible to reopen and make it a longer bag. What was also added to the bag was a piece of cartoon enrobed in tissues to make a base in the bag.
What I could have done is to have started a lot earlier, in order to take my time on which type of the material I would choose, to meet way earlier with the mother of my friend to see what exactly I needed, what could be possible and what I would not be able to do in order to change my drawing in something more easier. The bag could also have looked a little bit different if I would have started earlier. If I had started earlier I would have bought maybe another type of fabric, not because the fabric didn’t satisfy me or unpleased me, but rather because the one that I bought was not big enough so I had to deprive some of the details I hoped for my bag. It would have been bigger on the length and smaller on the width with more of the fabric. The problem is that because I didn’t meet with my friend’s mother, I had to have finish everything on the weekend with her, while I could have started earlier and the problem I came through would have been done differently because I would have had time to think about them and buy maybe more fabrics and details that would have helped with the construction of the

dmittedly, the last three things make my blood boil, because they are an eyesore! Pocket square, hence the word SQUARE! Your pocket square should be neat, fold the fabric into a SQUARE! It shouldn’t look like a clown napkin, like you pushed it down into the pocket and slowly pulled it out so it could collapse on your chest.…

Hello everyone! Today I'm going to be reviewing the August Ipsy Glam Bag! To start I was not too fond of the bag the colors were not as vibrant as they looked on the website, and I feel like they could have done a lot more for their “good vibes only” theme. The bag looked kinda cheap to me with the gold tassel and dull colors. On the other hand the products I received this month were great!…

n Chapter 3: Going Native: Mommy Wants a Birkin, I feel as though Martin takes her talents of anthropology to the next level. She goes into extreme detail of her observations and her strategies in a way she has yet to do in any of the previous chapters. It amazes me that Martin can take any small action of any person and analyze it down to the very last detail. She also asks herself questions while observing in order to deepen her interpretation.…

For two weeks I had the chance to work on a multi-genre project with three third graders at St. Anthony’s Elementary School. A multi-genre project is similar to a traditional research paper, but instead of simply researching and copying information down on a paper, students are able to express their ideas and information in a variety of creative ways (genres) including illustrations, trivia facts, quotes, jokes, etc. I worked with three students named Joslyn, Andrew, and Addison, and helped them create a poster representing the life of pilot Bessie Coleman. Since I met with the students after they had already performed most of their research on Bessie, the first thing I asked them was “what did you learn about her?”…
