Reflective Journal On Emotions

I have come to the point where I cherish these journals because I am able to express my emotions coherently with an unbiased audience, in a way they are comforting. Emotion is something that defines who we are as person, our daily attitude, and how we will perceive unique events in our lives. I really enjoyed this chapter because of the main focus of emotion. To be honest I rarely show my emotions, I try to surpass them, but I am fully aware when I am experiencing diverse emotions and the feeling they give me as I experience my daily distinctive life. Everyone is fine, there was no one injured, but my character took a big hit negatively. The car that I was driving is wrecked and there is no point, no rather it would be unwise to use in its condition. This vehicle is the one that transports me to and from school everyday, so in a way you the reader can understand where I am going with this. I mentioned that it was a car accident but it was one that I could have avoided if only I was paying attention. Secondly, my heart stared racing. I felt a massive weight dropping on me from the future problems I would have with this incident. I could not feature my emotions accurately because my composure was something that seemed more important to me at the moment. The police arrived and what I portrayed emotionally was very important. Thirdly, I quickly labeled my emotions. I felt fear for what I had done and if so I had caused hurt to the people I had impacted. Subsequently, I felt sadness from seeing my car totaled and later was the anger from my negligence for attentive driving. All these feelings were later inceptions for truly long emotions I have constantly felt for more than a week. I quickly suppressed my emotions because the matter at hand needed my full attention and I feel emotions just get in the way. Lastly, my exposure of these new emotions I was feeling were really subtle and hard to suppress even now. Adding to all the stress I was feeling in the moment the officer gave me a ticket right before he left just in case destroying my car was not
