Reflection
After everything I just read I found a deeper understanding of what a person goes through being a type 1 or 2 diabetic. They are both very similar but different at the sometime. One of them has insulin and the other one doesn’t but they both don’t process it the right way.
I also saw what a challenge it is on a daily basic for someone with diabetes. They face a challenge just to eat. They have to change their ways in order for them to keep their health in places.
They also have to keep a close watch on the things they eat and count their carbs as they eat so that way they are able to take care of themselves. Sometime we don’t realize how easy thing are.
