We have found that you don’t necessarily have to watch the videos to gather the content in the message. In what little spare time I do have, I am enthused to listen or watch the various topics that are provided for people like me, who want to learn from others. I know the entire class has benefited from this resource. I am thankful that there are people out there that are brave enough to tell their passion to an audience of strangers. I love that it inspires the rest of us who do not necessarily like to be in the spot light. TED talks has then introduced me to Toastmasters International, a non-profit organization that assist people in public speaking. I stumbled upon Toastmasters International while doing some research for this class. I am excited to see that there is a chapter just down the street from my office (within walking distance) and the meeting times are once a week during lunch. I am very anxious to see what this group of people can do in order to help me with my anxiety of public speaking. Already, the TED talks website has led to promising things in my life, things that could shape my future. What I found most meaningful about TED talks is that they are ordinary people who have great potential to be the Tony Robbins of our day. It is inspirational to see so many people speak so
