Ms. Wiggins was born in Fort Lauderdale, FL and was raised on the same area until she move to Lehigh at age 17 year. She decided to move with her mother to a family friend house because they have loss her house in Fort Lauderdale in 2008. The customer parents never married and separated when she was month born, she speaks to her father who live in Fort Lauderdale but described her relationship as not closed. The client indicated she feels closest to her mother.

The customer indicated that she lives with her mother, her mother’s boyfriend and her five years old daughter. Her daughter’s father was incarcerated at the time of the interview, however, she indicated there is no relationship between them. Ms. Wiggins have three brothers and one sister that live in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She indicated that in the house she doesn’t get along with her mother’s boyfriend and she does not feel protected by her mother therefore she needs a place to live.

At the time of graduation she had a 3.86 GPA. She did not had an IEP in place while attending school. During her senior year she practices Volleyball and was part of the Key Club. The customer denied to be working at the time of the interview. Ms. Wiggins mother has a GED diploma. She receives social security benefits because she had an accident at work and is HIV positive. The customer’s father is currently working as a basher for Costco she is not sure about his
