1. If your values do not match with your daily duties at work, you may feel unhappy and uncomfortable in the workplace.
For example, if you are a supervisor, and you have enough expertise, but you don’t have leadership that’s means you cannot make a good decision. This is a situation which your values do not match with your daily duties.

My first job was a data interpreter in a petroleum company. My main job was tracing the horizons, and the data base was very huge, so I had to pay more attention when I traced in the horizons. Therefore, this job requires accuracy and patience. In the other words, if you are a patient and meticulous person, your personal values are match with this position. I’m a meticulous person, so I felt happy and comfortable in this workplace. However, because I had to go to Canada, I resigned my job. I loved this job and coworkers who worked with me. Then, I stayed at home for waiting my visa, but I thought I should find something to do, so I opened a bubble tea shop with my friend.
