Reflection On UI/WSO Connectivity Meeting

UI/ WSO Connectivity Meeting Feedback, July 17, 2017

My experience was one of shock at the level of hostility and aggressiveness that of which I have rarely seen in my 25+ professional career.
The meeting began simple enough. All of the participants were seated around the table. Joe Land sitting facing the group in the middle of on side of the table with Shannon Wilson to his beside him on his right. Coming up the right side of the table and around were seated Wayne Thomas, Nicole Sarha, Danielle Willey, Heather Wright, David Tyner, Edward Susman, Scott Rollings, Dago Benavidez, Armando Nunez, Michael Watson, Sonia Limon, Patty Wolfe, Lisa Richardson (to Joe’s left).
The experience was one of shutting down participation. Joe Land and Shannon
