I am very sorry about the poor structure of the Clarette/ NFL Three Rule paper. I should of been more clear last Monday that this was simply my rough draft and I was planning on finishing it on Wednesday but then all the combat sports projects came up and on Friday it completely slipped my mind that I never got to finish it. That is why I had multiple dates/info with the same thing, links not in footnotes, and other formatting problems. For example, when I had two dates describing the same event, like in 1990 NFL Commissioner Paul Tagliabue initiating the three year rule, it was to remind myself that I had two sources with the same information to make sure it was valid. I did this for most of the make sure multiple stories
