First of all, what went well; this included the frontloading and debriefing questions that allowed for individuals to “focus on certain learning outcomes that [we] have ascertained as valuable” (193). Additionally, our role clarity with co-facilitation worked out well, where one set up and explained the activity, one did the frontloading, and one did the debriefing. Lastly, the activity was very fun and engaging, and did allow participants to work as a team. On the other hand, there were situations that did not go as well as we would’ve liked. This included our own personal knowledge of how the activity worked, there were times that I was unsure what was going on, therefore, if I would’ve understood the game better, this would’ve allowed for better representation of how the activity related to day to day
