In this paper I will reflect on the four lenses outlook that Brookfield describes in his work related to thinking and learning. I also will look over the process that I experienced over the last several weeks that involved different strategies to incorporate an inclusive learning environment and dealing with multiculturalism in my career. Then I will reflect over the growth development that I have from the beginning of the course until now on the goals that I had created for myself and the next steps that will follow. From these discussions I was able to advance my learning of those topics of creating an inclusive learning environment and learning how to incorporate multicultural perspectives in the classroom. I was able to expand my knowledge of applying information from literature reviews, reflect on my personal and professional outlook, and communicate with others.

After reading multiple peer reviews my understanding deepened on why constructing a multicultural classroom was so important. I am still progressing on making my students more conscious of the cultures of others around them.
Apply Information Literacy Skills From the start of this course I knew that working on my writing skills was going to be something that I had to work at. The first assignment for me started off a little rough but I was able to recognize my mistakes and work them. Finding key information and applying it to my assignments has progressed but I am going to keep working on this skill because I know that I can and will get better.
Reflect on Personal and Professional Dispositions My personal and professional character has grown since starting this course. Since I have been able to gain more knowledge of multiculturalism my outlook in and outside of my career has expanded. I have found that I take notice to my surrounding and have an increased my investigation on what I know and what I can learn.
