After taking the Ethical Lens Inventory I discovered that the sensibility and autonomy lenses best suited me. I value autonomy over equality and I prioritize sensibility over rationality. According to the inventory, I am concerned with protecting individual right and I believe the best results are achieved by examining each situation in its own context rather than applying one-size-fits-all solutions. Since taking my last ELI in MGT 310 in October 2013, my lens has hardly shifted at all. Then like now, both the sensibility and autonomy lenses best suited me. The only thing that changed was that my position on the scatter plot is slightly closer to sensibility than it was when I took the inventory in MGT 310. An explanation for this change
