I work for the Arizona Department of Corrections and interact with several inmates who are agitated or stressful, because of question not being profoundly answered to them. I mostly believe that every interaction you have with another person, it can be inmate or coworker, you have to use great customer skills, so there can be an agreement between the both parties. I learned that you have to approach towards the inmate with a smile every time, I introduce myself to create a friendly environment where I can assist either the inmate or coworkers requests.
