In High School, there will be a moment in a teenager’s life that they will meet different kinds of individuals from race to religion. The grand meaning of diversity is “everyone is different” sadly that meaning didn’t come upon my standards towards a person and their actions. I was always taught at a young age by my parents that if you steal, sag your pants below your waist, or even listen to cursing in your music. You are considered as a delinquent and you will be punished by the law for doing hideous acts! My parents were not wrong and I didn’t want to ever be in contact with people who simply were against society and simple dress code. Of course, I am not blaming my parents for this. Because I have seen and befriended children who were raised incorrectly by their parents and prove to be a far better successor by not listening to those values that their parents wrongly put into their children. The said core values came from the ongoing example of those who do illegal actions on the media. The criminals in question dress differently, they come from rather broken homes, steal items from stores, and drink heavily underage. It’s the main issue of criminal activity that makes those who have decent backgrounds simply follow by that example because they believe that it’s a good idea. According to the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, Drug Abuse violations are roughly half of all youth arrests including theft, simple assault, disorderly conduct, and curfew violations.
