I tend to be very warm and energetic but I am constantly trying to get the approval from other people in order to feel good about myself. A big negative is the fact that ESFJ’s are prone to being really insecure about themselves and sometimes overly sensitive to things people say. The other personality assessment that I took was the DISC assessment which is used to show you what your style of leadership is, which then allows us to look at your value to a team, ideal environment to achieve success, your tendencies under stress, and possible limitations. My natural style of leadership is a high S of 87%. But my adapted style of leadership is a high I of 86%. The reason there are two different categories is because your natural style of leadership is the style that you were born with and if society didn’t have an influence you would still be that way. But sadly society does play a big part in everything
