The issues I agreed on with all of my representatives are regarding education and the judicial system. With education, my representatives stress the fact that education should not be in the hands of the federal government and regulated by them. Instead, it should be up to the state and local government as to how schools should function for they are more aware as to what is best for the students and teachers. Such a stance is something I tend to agree with, education is such a crucial institution that a ‘one size fits most’ approach is not adequate.

With the environment, all my representatives listed it under key issues they are focusing on, yet they only focused on how they support the innovation of energy, not in ways they are working to decrease factors that harm the environment. With immigration, all representatives focused on how they want more security on the border against illegal immigration but did not mention other ways to deal with immigration. One of my political beliefs in regards to immigration is to reform the current system and have it be easier for immigrants to come into the U.S legally without having to go through a long and difficult system that almost always denies them entry and causes them to come here
