My I-Search was on playing the saxophone. I wanted to know if I could improve at playing the saxophone. The main topics that related to my search were, the history of the saxophone, techniques when playing the saxophone, and how does the saxophone work. I think the main things that helped me get better at the saxophone were understanding how the saxophone works, practice, a tutor, and learning some techniques when playing the saxophone (like breathing, blowing, and how you bite the mouthpiece.) When I found out I was allowed to split up three questions in three weeks it really did help me find the answer. When I first heard of the I-Search I thought it would be super hard because I didn’t know where to start and what I should do first. But when I had a week to do each question I was able to wrestle with those questions long enough to find the answer to all of my questions. It also helped me focus more on my research and let me take time in it
