I believe that how we are and feel both reflect how we live our life. Our mood could choose how we act and our choice in things that will relieve our feeling. Music is something we all listen to. Our feelings inside determine what type of music we listen to. When feeling good we would listen to up tempo music, or when we are down we would listen to sad songs.
When we all take that time out of our day to make an playlist it is usually based off our feelings. We are just looking for something to make us feel good about our selves. Music could also be chosen just to find something that could relate to us.
Some people may ask why do people choose to listen to when they don’t want to be bothered. It is pretty obvious that we are looking for a way to relieve our pain. Music could cancel out everything around someone and make it easier to go on with life. Music could be considered as medicine for our feelings.
We all have a aggressive side and we use music to release it. Music has multiple types of moods including a aggressive mood. Instead of us going out and doing something rational we use music to let out that anger like rap music when artist are talking about someone or even harming someone else. They will have to be confronted at a point in time in our lives. Everyone has there own problems but music can relieve everything. Artist of the music today is expressing them selves through the music we listen to. They are displaying how they are as a person or how they could be feeling. They could be telling a story of what they went are going through in life. Music is the place for artist to release what they have been holding in it could probably be considered as therapy for the artist just them releasing their feelings.
