People perceive him to be rash, abrasive and unpolished, this paints him as unfavorable especially when people convince what he says as politically incorrect when in fact he is just being foul. The language of communication today is sometimes restricted by the media in many ways. Words like retarded, midget, gay… can be perceived as offensive and off-putting. Some of these words are often used to construct a social identity, and the media plays a role its acceptance. Words that are normally used before are now being censored by the media, and any signs of hindrance is seen as bigotry. Individuals moral values are now being constructed based on the words they use. For fear of being a social outcast, citizens conform against their will to avoid consequences. These is usually witnessed with radical progressive leftist and social justice warriors who don’t argue with facts and logic but would rather chant and yell names as a method of shutting people who oppose them. I was able to come up with my answer through prior knowledge of the issue and experience, good research and studying. Critical thinking can be defined as important skills used to correctly analyzing and evaluating an issue in order to make a decision or make a judgement. Making an important decision or stance on the issue on mass media requires logic instead of opinion. Good analytical skills are also required to guaranty facts instead of beliefs. I was able to come up with valid argument and statements through substantial research. Asking the right questions about the issue and formulating a good argument to validate the information I receive. And giving a rational reason as to why any statement were stated with real world examples. Making sure I was flexible with the issue I tried not to omit any counter arguments or statements.
