My personality type is ISFJ – The Nurturer, which for the most part is an accurate description of me. I am very dependable and have people that rely on me due to that, along with I am more concerned about other people’s feelings than my own. While also not trying to be too hasty, letting others help, and not to be afraid to ask for help when needed. I already knew that I needed to be accountable to others and express my feelings so that they can assist in helping me find solutions, instead of holding them in and trying to solve the problem all on my own.

The Jungian 16-type personality assessment would be a useful tool in the employee recruiting and selection process. The assessment would allow the employer to see what type of people they are hiring and if they are going to work well together. The assessment would also give the employer an insight into how a person reacts to feedback, along with what might be the best way to approach an issue if it arises. With the assessment it could lead the employer to only hire a specific personality type, cause those that do not fit into that personality type to be denied the job even if they are fully qualified.
