Since he is trying to reteach himself how to do everyday things like, walking, sitting, and writing, he has to plan in his head in order to do these activities. I feel like if he can see himself doing everyday activities in this virtual reality, he can physically see how to do these things and actually do them. Since he is visually seeing this he can plan it out so, his mind can control his body with these functions. Even the Wii has games like the Wii fit that could help with him walking, running, riding a bike, and other activities that could help Ian and others like him recall from memory later on and even help with the planning process to perform these …show more content…
The video showed a man in his 60 's and having a hard time with taste. At first when the doctor said to focus on three different tastes and flavors I first thought how would that help if he can 't tell the difference in the first place. Then I remembered how the brain helped memory in the visual system and auditory. Than it made sense to me that if he uses theses three flavors over and over again it should hopefully trigger in his brain what they use to taste like, so he can experience the same taste and flavor again and be able to recognize the food. The hippocampus would help him recall and identify what these three foods
