I am writing this email to explain about my difficulties to complete the HRSA stipend application requirements.
I misunderstood the numbers of the essays that I should have written for the application. I only wrote one instead of three. Although I was informed about it in the last day of the deadline by giving me an extra day to write all three essays separately and send them, I couldn’t finish them because of my work schedule at that time. Also, I was struggling with my immigration status, which I eventually had to have a 24 hours trip to Washington DC and come back to follow up my appointments with the INS officers. Unfortunately, my misunderstanding and my personal issues put me back to finish the requirements, which now I recognize how
