The most difficult thing for me, when presented with a complex problem, is to think through it. I feel that I get distracted by trying to apply the situation to the real world that I end up making the problem more complex than it really is. I think that I have improved because with this problem, even though I know people do not bend over completely parallel to the floor, making a simplified model of complex issues help analyze the situation. From a simple model, I can then apply it to the real world situation. The third member dropped out of the course. I believe that the group work was 55:45, where I was the 55% and Taylor the 45%. As the group manager, I believe that we both held up our part of the responsibilities and agreements regarding this assignment. The only reason I believe I did five percent more of the work than she did is because nearing the due date of the paper she became too relaxed about getting it completed. When she became confused she would ask for my help, and if I could not answer the question she would proceed to attempt to figure it out instead of going to office hours as I suggested. This resulted in some of the work done for the paper not being correct or making since in the paper. Most of our meetings were short, but they were conducted before or briefly physics class to assign which parts of the paper would get done and who would do those parts. Our other communication was via text or GroupMe where we would keep one another updated on the progress of the paper in Google Doc once it had been edited. Overall, I do believe that we both lived up to our agreements, and it was not difficult to do so because it is two of us so we were able to practically split the tasks in
