Reflection On Field Practicum

The way I incorporated the content I learned from my issues and delivery course into my field practicum is by, being a well active listener, being patient, being an observer, and being able to facilitate group sessions. When it came to the staff meetings I had to make sure I listen to all the information that were given to me so that I would be well prepared and equip to be beneficial to the students. Another skill I want to discuss is patience, patience is important because when the student’s do not understand their homework assignments they tend to get frustrated. Usually, I find diverse ways to present the problem to the students so that they can find a solution to their problem. I also encourage the students to take their time and use
