My short-term goal for this aspect was to refrain from dwelling on problems and overanalyzing situations. Integrating journaling into my daily routine has actually significantly improved this area of my life. The long-term goal that I would like to begin working toward is writing a short story for the sheer enjoyment of it, however finding time to do this can be difficult.

9.Environmental Responsibility: I rated myself with a score of four concerning environmental responsibility. My goal was to be more contentious about decluttering my home environment. In light of the fact that I have moved recently into a new home it was made a priority to purchase organizing bins and filing cabinets in order to prevent clutter in our new living space. Secondly, I was going to try and purchase groceries that do not promote the use of pesticides. I have made a small effort to choose organic when possible but I could improve this aspect

Here is my evaluation of my peers’ review. On the scale of 1 to 5, Hannah Vassar’s review is ranked number 5. She was very helpful with her suggestions such as she changed a few of my sentences to make them sound better. She also was very thorough and caught some mistakes that I would not have caught if she would not have reviewed it. For example, she caught a mistake I made in my header about not capitalizing a letter in my address.…

Wellness Assessment Paper Two results that were surprising or helpful to me were my physical nutrition subtotal and financial average because I didn’t think that I was doing okay financially and doing everything right. Also, my physical nutrition was a surprise to because I thought I was doing everything but turns out I need to do some more work and improve on it a little bit. Having better physical nutrition can be motivated by my goal to lose weight and become a healthier person. This is all connected back to the holism theory which states that for most needs to be motivated and have some motivation to improve on and they also need to be arranged on a hierarchy.…

Fitness and Goal Setting Knowledge Fitness and goal setting have been the main topic of conversation in this class. Whether we need to work on legs or arms today, or what we are going to do in the future. I learned that it is better to do quantity over quality when it comes to fitness workouts, and that it is always important to stretch and warm up your muscles before a workout to ensure you do not strain any muscles. For goal setting, I learned that if you pick a specific goal that you wish to achieve, like say to reach +10 in the fitness flexibility test, you can keep working towards that goal step by step, or in this case number by number, to reach your goals efficiently. When reaching towards a goal, you cannot just make it in one try…
