I liked the way the practioner was able to notice that Sarah looked so tied after seeing her again after four months since they held a meeting. The practioner did well when she asked Sarah if she could visit her when she goes to hospice.
2. What do you think were the strengths of the practitioner's skills? The practioner was able to listen to clients feeling towards her end time arrangements and I liked the way she was strong that she wasn’t moved when the client started talking about her death arrangement. The practioner was well educated about hospice as she told Sarah the importance of hospice and their values. I noticed the practioner was putting her hands on Sarah which I think she should asked if it’s okay with her.
I feel that Sarah had a goop professional relationship with the practioner and she felt that it was good for her practioner to be at her funeral. I really liked that and it was a sad moment too for Sarah.

Before the beginning of the interview, I was very nervous, asking myself, what if I do not know the right question to ask? But I summoned courage and said to myself that it is all a learning experience, and we have to build our skills from somewhere. Therefore, I grounded myself by doing a five-minute of stretching and taking a deep breath to keep calm and be in control.…

The old man, Bramante had said this phrase. I was drawn to this specific phrase because of the fact that it reminded me of our society today. Shows that the people in that particular society have a mindset of “you need money for things to happen, your wishes, dreams, desires”…

On Wednesday the 11th I was nervous about beginning my first day of field with my new field placement. This is that DSS is a place I am considering for employment as my first job after graduating with my BSW; therefore, I want to make a good impression while I am interning for the semester. When I walked in the door I met my new field supervisor, Vanessa Davis, as she explained who she was and her position within the agency. I was shocked when I walked through the door as Vanessa explained that we would be going out into the field in order to transport a client to the South Carolina Youth Advocate Program (SCAP) in order for them to complete a diagnosis of her circumstances. While on the way, Vanessa explained this was a program that partners with DSS in order to help teens learn independent living skills.…

My 3-practicum placements have provided me with different, but great learning experiences. I was able to practice what I have been learning in my other college courses in my practicums. In all my practicums, I was able to build positive relationships with each student and teacher-supervisors that I interacted with. I have worked in a grade 4, grade 1, and now a grade 3 classroom. As I assisted in each classroom I was able to learn what my teacher-supervisors would expect from their educational assistant.…

The way I incorporated the content I learned from my issues and delivery course into my field practicum is by, being a well active listener, being patient, being an observer, and being able to facilitate group sessions. When it came to the staff meetings I had to make sure I listen to all the information that were given to me so that I would be well prepared and equip to be beneficial to the students. Another skill I want to discuss is patience, patience is important because when the student’s do not understand their homework assignments they tend to get frustrated. Usually, I find diverse ways to present the problem to the students so that they can find a solution to their problem. I also encourage the students to take their time and use…

For me personal mastery teaches that an individual needs to establish their own vision and values and align their actions to these visions and values. These visions and values should also be aligned to that of the organisation. It requires the person to look critically at the current reality and clarifying what is important to them and what they need to do to achieve what they want. This generates what is referred to as creative tension and in personal mastery it requires individuals to learn how to identify and deal with the creative tension in their lives. Creative tension can only be resolved when reality moves towards the vision.…
