The areas of leadership development I mainly want to focus on is fostering professional relationships and facilitating change. At my placement, we are in the process of implementing IUD insertion services and I have attended the team meetings and contributed insightful ideas to the discussions and demonstrated myself as an informal leader. Eventually, I have successfully communicated the vision and motivated my colleagues to action. Passion is also another characteristic of a change agent I have found myself displaying in regards to this project, and I have motivated my colleagues to also be passionate about what we are doing (Lonadier, 2016). My colleagues and I now share a vision as a team and we are able to work together to achieve a common
