The total amount of sugar on that was 202 grams, 12 grams are monosaccharides, and 3 grams are disaccharides. My sugar intake is adequately since put a recommended amount on a hypoglycemic person. My fiber intake is relatively lower compared to the recommended amount. My cholesterol on this day was almost triple the recommended amount, which is 300 grams. The recommended amount of Ascorbate is 75 grams a day, but I only intake a fourth of that recommended value, which means I should probably eat some strawberries. If I continue to have a low intake of Ascorbate, it increases my chances the deficiency disease, Scurvy, and the symptoms. My iron intake on this day was low, which is bad since I am anemic. Due to my lactose intolerance, the intake of Vitamin D is also low but can also found in sardines. A low intake of Vitamin D increases my chances of being diagnosed by a doctor with Osteomalacia. The sodium intake of this day 7172 milligrams, which is too high for anyone, and commonly found in soy

The calculated amount is higher than my average intake of calories, because through the three days my average caloric intake was calculated to be 2,313 kcal. My caloric intake is still higher than my average expenditure (2,305 calories) which is good, because it is only higher by a relatively small amount. This is probably where I should be though, because I believe I fall in between what they would consider to be active and sedentary. My carbohydrates intake is also below the goal, but this was suggested in the calorie and fat report, because my AMDR for carbohydrates was at the lower end of the scale.…
