Reflection Of My Experience On Leadership In Our University

Then, see a video about a successful CEO who made a speech in the last conference about leadership in our university. After that, discuss the similarities and differences. I learned a lot from this experience, and I got motivated to participate in the Leadership Development Institute in our university to learn more skills and know how to apply them in the reality. Both of leaders insisted on having the ability to listen skill in order to be a great leader. H.Zenger, R.Folkman, and K.Edinger focused on the importance of collaboration in leadership.
