From misbehaved to well behaved students, from academically gifted students to not, I will need to treat every student equally. Luke 20:34-38 talks about God’s children being equal to angels and they are children of God, worthy to his creation. I will need to love each student as individuals and encourage individuality. Something I have learned and many often see in schools is the difference of home lives children come from. I know that I will work with children from broken homes, poverty stricken families, and the other extreme of very well off families. Helping each student where they need help is a way I can show unconditional love. I am aware that my classroom can and may be the only place a student finds stability and comfort.
