On p. 24, Cummings talks about the four success steps (Choose, Notice, Prioritize and Act). Just by reading those four steps, I haven’t been making good healthy choices in the past couple of weeks. I’m always talking about being healthy, but I’m not following through. Environment- The reason why I chose this as one of the areas in which I want to apply to life is because I need to “take a moment to think about your personal environment” p. 43, and take in God’s handiwork. Another thing that I was trying was actually in the book, the author was talking about listening to relaxing music. This semester I chose to listen to just Gospel music, just listening to this type has reduced stress, and just a sense of peace. After experiencing this, I feel like a totally different
