This week I began my temporary position with Capital Dental. I was set as an office colleague. I assisted the with staffing duplicate papers and make arrangements for new and current patients. I addressed the telephone calls and took messages for the Dentist. I verified patients had dental protection and were secured. I recorded patient envelopes and got them for the staff as well. I acquainted new patients with the staff.
