I was working as the first and main contact for students and their family in my recent 2 positions. It requires that I be able to work within the deadline and solve any problem that crop up whilst maintaining friendly and professional relationship with customers and collegues, as a result, I am skillful in multitasking and finding the best solutions for customers. That is, I provide constant customer support and initializing plans over the desk and on the phone whilst making sure customers 100% satisfaction. And in between everything I make sure that all documents are noted and filed properly and people are informed and directed with appropriate information.
