Today I met a new client by the name of Zachary. He 's a 19 year old African America male. He 's diagnosed with Bipolar. He 's a client that’s being suggested to be a client with the Supported Employment program with CCS. His mother is also a client in CCS. When we got to the mobile home for a home visit he and his family were packing up, however they had nowhere to move. His mom was clearly high. He has a weird relationship with her. He was rubbing on her during the session, and sniffing her hair and she appears to enjoy it. The therapist suspects possible incest or sexual relationship between the two. His mom talked for him during the session. She was upset when she wasn 't included in the conversation. She supposedly does well with his med 's and takes them properly. His family has had lifelong membership in CCS. He is currently receiving benefits and his mom has access to his check. He is working towards independence and does yard work throughout the neighborhood. Therapist wants to get to know his family more in-regards to suspecting incest.
