Why I Want To Be A Student

I am passionate, dedicated, and willing to learn new material. I love to learn new things and most of all gain new information that I did not know to use later on in life. I wish to be a student that can memorize everything in a second. Also, not be shy to participate in class discussion. When I am dying to participate and express what I believe or even ask questions when something is unclear to me. The kind of student I you want to be is a bright student who is always willing to participate in class and not worry if my answer is correct or wrong. Some of the steps that I am taking to be the student I want to be is to come out from my shell and be more open minded and not let my shyness win me over. Throughout my years of school I have witnessed some improvement. I use to be extremely shy and would hardly talk and now I tend to talk more. …show more content…
My favorite topics throughout this course have been stress and relationship. Every topic will help me in professionally and personally for many reasons. For example, it will help me personally for my previous relationship to make them healthier and last longer. In a video that we got the opportunity to watch during one of our activity talked about how happy relationships or marriage tend to live longer. It will help me professionally when I become a teacher for kids with special needs with the chapter that talks about mental illness and other topics we talked about to help them, their parents, and myself to make their study and life easier. I know exactly what parents or family members go through because I have a younger brother with cerebral palsy at the age of four my life changed tremendously so I can already imagine how much stress it can cause them. I will love to teach them ways of controlling their stress also how to let it all
