The first activity that I’m going to try to accomplish is reducing the time I take to shower. They may be more sustainable, but they could become expensive to buy, but they last longer the the average incandescent light bulb, so they’d be worth it in the end. Also, for trying to help conserve the amount of water you use while you shower may become hard for some people. For people with longer hair, it may take longer for them to shower than those with shorter hair, because it simply takes them longer to wash their hair. Another reason it may be hard to conserve water while showering, is that form of habit that you have already established. As it is said, it is hard to break habits, especially bad ones, but if you can achieve the new shower time for nearly six week, it should break that habit. For trying to unplug your appliances, it may be hard to just simply remember to do so, and get into the habit of doing it. One way that it may be hard for me to use lights only when it’s necessary, is with my other family members around. They love to have as many of the lights on as possible, but for me personally, it may not be too difficult. I think that the hardest part of that task is going to be keeping the lights off when my family doesn't need them to be on. Lastly, a problem that may occur with bringing your own snacks into work could be your lack of time. For me, I don’t have a whole lot of free time as it is, so trying to find time to pack my own snacks may become a little more difficult than I expected.
