My client is Molly Eriksson. She is 14 years old girl and weigh 43kg and she is 160,5 cm long. My client Molly has no special needs but she is underweight so she needs to eat more. She needs to eat more calories that her body burns. Eat Caloric Dense Foods. Food high in carbs or fats and eat More Protein. She also needs enough sleep from 8-10 hours. When her body is prepared to exercise she will start her training. So my client’s goal is to build muscles on her abdominal and build more muscle on her glutes. So for that i have plan an exercise training plan that she will follow after she has become to a normal weight. On the picture down bellow I have done the BMI test and it shows that she is underweight.
