Reflection About Basketball

Since I was a child ,I have already know the sports which called basketball. I used saw lots of people play basketball in the ground .At that time ,I begin to learn how to play basketball. When the class over.one of my friends took me to his home. We look the basketball show together .And I learn lots of basketball rules from there. and I also learned three important things .The first one is you need to know all of the rules in this game. The second one is you have to training yourself become stronger. The most important thing is to know the discourse communicate. Each words have the special mean. When we play the basketball. We can use it make us easy to understand what is the next plan. Also can make us do the best team work. …show more content…
I use the internet to search the news and skill about basketball. Almost 1 hours a day. When I saw the video about how can make the team have no distance. I take the notes. and try to learn. At first is real hard. It must rely on the People who in this team . We need to continuous practice . Sometimes one action can take us 1 hour to get the mean. But once we know the mean, It can save us lots of time. As you know, Each second in the contest is very important .Sometime I will take a photo from book .And call other team player come here to learn this discourse communicate .Its the good way to learn how to cooperation with others.so i use computer to find some skills. I learned First Dribble center of gravity is lower and you need be a smooth , dribbling height should be below the waist , with the eyes watching the ball , preventing the ball hit the foot. To master the crossover dribble with both hands , not anti wrist. Good ball dribbling skills should be like " sticky " in the body , is it with you , instead of you chasing the ball. When more people can practice dribbling with bamboo sticks .This is the example. And I have another example When you want to pass the ball, you keep claim, choose the best time to send the ball to others. I click it ,and read it. It can make me remember it and keep it in my mind. This is just a part of my reading. I read a lots of book .It make me play basketball much better than …show more content…
To write the notes down it can keep us do a good job .And which can improve ourselves Before I cant pass the ball well. But now I can. That is a good idea to keep us progess. Without writing, we will be lazy. Subconscious develop good study habits , in time to record their daily learning, living and working in the final doubts, difficulties, and core important thing. When this habit has become an eternal wisdom , become a literacyexercise into life journey of one indomitable character , the basic people skills to become a personal capacity, which is undoubtedly the ladder of success in his life . Record was their thinking activities, learning to produce feelings , which have a strong interest in learning. It is well known to us all things that left a deep impact. So is the strengthening of the ups and downs thoughts forced memory , only followed the teacher 's ideas listen carefully , promptly record you think the focus , and confused place , the highlight of this class , as well as the teacher to repeat the test sites emphasized , in order to do notes mentioned higher efficiency we are learning it had a feeling , an interest , this is a huge interest in
