According to the quiz I am moderately resilient, which means I do well with some misfortune, but not others. I am the type of person who gets frustrated quickly when things start to take a turn for the worst, I will get upset and frustrated. It is always my luck to catch every red light or trip in the parking lot. I really need to work on my patience and ability to stay calm during trying times.

I worry what others think of me and my actions. I need to develop this because I don’t think others would see me as a good leader and have confidence in me if I don’t have confidence in myself.
• Assertiveness: I lack in assertiveness greatly. When I was little I remember my brother and sister in law getting in to heated arguments and I really wanted to stand up and tell them to stop, but I never did. If someone if criticizing me on something I did wrong and I know I did it right, I have a hard time speaking up. A good leader needs to be assertive in order to show they can correct someone who is wrong and be listened to.
• Courage: I think my issue with being assertive stems from my lack of courage. I have a hard time with things I am scared of. If I am up high, I try to make myself look down to show that I am okay, but other than that I stay away from things that terrify me. One example of how I have been working on courage is that I am terrified of being outside at night. I always have been and haven’t been able to shake it. I have to take my dog outside at night to use the bathroom and I make myself walk around out there with her a little
