Further, one research article categorized humanity, life, and respect as relational values (Malbasic, Marimon, & Mas-Machuca, 2016). Sarah demonstrated respect and other relational values with a sincere concern with social realities.
Culture Development Leaders develop a culture similar to Sarah’s approach by consistently performing values-based actions that align with stated values (Worline & Boik, 2006).
