Firstly, the bureaucratic models that is concerned with ‘control and efficiency’, by controlling the employees with the job descriptions and job evaluation to provide order and equity. My view in this control is for the top level management where they can exercise high control towards their employees with consistent standards among the employees. However, the disadvantage is that this control can discourage creativity and innovation throughout the organisation. Front line employees will be less satisfied in their job, this is because they have no autonomy which result in their high turnover potential. Secondly, market HRM approach aims to treat employees more like subcontractors and performance based system. In my opinion, this control can motivate the employees to work harder and be more competitive with each other, but this will also discourage good relationship among the employees as they treated each other as opponents. Thirdly, Clan HRM systems are seen as building high commitment model through teamwork, shared values, cultural norms among the employees. Contrary from Market HRM control, this control, I believe, will foster good relationship among employees, given minimal direction that employees are assume to perform well and increase productivity in a group form rather than individual
