Reengineering of health care means redesign and reconstructing the structure of an organization. These changes to organization structure afford opportunities to empower nurses. According to Huber (2013), the strategies include maximizing nurses' scope of practice, creating autonomous and visible nursing roles relevant to organizational priorities, providing more leadership opportunities for nurses at all levels, and clinical laddering. Therefore, except leading and managing a team, nurse manager or leader play a role as an advocate for nurses to play the best function and abilities, a monitor to make sure the changes comply with ethical and legal requirements, a mentor to be a role model and educate his employees to grow up and a coordinator
