Reebok international ltd is a public company. It was incorporated in 1979 as Reebok U.S.A. It generate sales of $3064 billion in 1997.reebok stock exchange was setup in New York.
Reebok was founded in 1895 by j.w foster and sons in Bolton Lancashire, England. Then it was renamed as Reebok in 1958. It has been operating as a subsidiary of Adidas since 2005.
Product line

Reebok is an athletic footwear company. It produces and distributes fitness and sports items including. The product line is divided into sections these were:
Shoes
Apparels
Sports equipments
Exercising and health products
Personal grooming
Types of retailers

Reebok showroom is a specialty store and is franchisee organization .the products are basically sports equipments, shoes etc. the

Reebok india had alleged fraud by its former ceo subhinder singh prem and former cheif financial officer vishnu bhagat both have denied the charges. adidas the german parentb comapny reebok has informed the ministry that the global managment team of the comapny acted as a whistleblower in the fraud to light and must be kept out of any prosecution.
Asked about the case pilot said" that anyone who is complainant or someone that has marked the item and informed about it ,then to summons perhaps not the best thing. the vision they have from many sources it was that if you re a wistleblower and you are a plaintiff then they can't also be accuse in the same case he added.
In august a spokesman for reebok india also said it was important to reiterate that the company was the main victim of fraudulent activity.
In fact the comapny originally discovered the fraud and was the compalinant to goverment
