On 09/13/16, Mr. Bachman submitted to a random drug screen with TASC. On 09/17/16, the test returned positive for Alcohol (Ethanol) from Redwood Toxicology. Mr. Bachman admitted to using Alcohol on Saturday 09/10/16.

Please note, On 08/23/16 Mr. Bachman was placed on contract with Crest Aftercare for testing positive for Cocaine and Opiates.

On 09/20/16, Case Conference was held with Supervisor Henderson. Approval was given to arrest Mr. Bachman.
On 09/20/16, Mr. Bachman reported to Dover Probation and Parole for his office visit. Officer Rahman handcuffed and searched Mr. Bachman. Mr. Bachman was in possession of a Eagles Hat and a yellow folder. All Mr. Bachman's possession was placed in an envelope and transported with Mr. Bachman to
